Terms & Conditions

1. About VroomCare

VroomCare ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile car detailing business operating across Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. ABN 61 808 835 044. By booking or using any VroomCare service you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

We provide mobile car cleaning and detailing services at a location nominated by the customer. Our current packages are:

  • Vroom Refresh — exterior wash and basic interior clean
  • Cabin Revival — deep interior-only detail
  • Signature Detail — complete interior and exterior detail

Descriptions of inclusions for each package are published on our website and may be updated from time to time. The inclusions confirmed at the time of booking apply to your service.

3. Pricing & Quotes

All prices listed on our website are starting prices (from) for a standard hatchback or small sedan. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins, based on vehicle size, condition, and the package selected.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Larger vehicles (small SUV/wagon, large SUV/4WD/7-seater, vans)
  • Excessive pet hair or heavy soiling beyond normal wear
  • Add-on services requested at or after booking

We will always notify you of any additional charges and obtain your approval before proceeding.

4. Bookings & Confirmations

Bookings can be made via our online booking form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from VroomCare by call, text, or email. We aim to confirm all bookings within 2 hours.

Please ensure the nominated address is accessible and that water and electricity access is available at the service location where required.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to $30 to cover travel and preparation costs.

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, VroomCare reserves the right to reschedule appointments at no charge to the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major card payments. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

For bookings involving pre-authorised deposits, the deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

7. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition at the time of booking
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked at the agreed time and location
  • Remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before the service
  • Provide safe, reasonable access to water and power where requested
  • Disclose any pre-existing damage, stains, or areas of concern before the service begins

8. Pre-Existing Damage

VroomCare is not liable for pre-existing scratches, dents, faded paint, cracked plastics, worn upholstery, or any other condition present before the service commenced. We recommend noting any pre-existing damage before work begins. Our technicians will also make reasonable efforts to document the vehicle's condition on arrival.

9. Liability

VroomCare takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during the service. In the unlikely event that damage is caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided on that occasion.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss. Our liability does not extend to damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty or aged vehicle materials, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge, subject to fair assessment. Claims made after 24 hours may not be covered.

11. Property Access & Water Use

You grant VroomCare permission to access the nominated property solely for the purpose of completing the booked service. We will use reasonable quantities of water and, where applicable, electricity. Any costs associated with water or power use are included in the service price unless otherwise agreed.

12. Health & Safety

Our technicians reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if conditions pose a genuine health or safety risk — including but not limited to hazardous materials in the vehicle, unsafe access conditions, or aggressive behaviour. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

13. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, phone, email, address) solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you about your bookings. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

14. Changes to Terms

VroomCare may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
