The Vroom Refresh ($89) is a thorough exterior wash with wax sealant plus a basic interior vacuum — perfect for regular maintenance every few weeks. The Signature Detail ($239) is a complete service: full exterior wash, paint protection, deep interior clean, leather conditioning, deodorise, and more. It's our most popular package and the best value for a car that needs a proper reset.

Never. Your final quote is confirmed before we begin — what we say is what you pay. The only exceptions are optional add-ons (pet hair removal, engine bay clean, etc.) which are always discussed and agreed upfront. SUV, 4WD and 7-seater surcharges are applied transparently at booking.

We accept card and cash. Payment is made on the day once the job is complete and you're happy with the result.

Yes — that's the whole point. VroomCare is 100% mobile. We arrive at your home, office, apartment car park, or any convenient location across Melbourne with all the equipment and products we need. You don't go anywhere. We also offer a pick-up & drop-off service for a small extra cost — perfect for apartment residents or anyone who'd prefer us to collect the car and return it once it's done.

No. As long as we can access your vehicle and have the keys, you're free to go about your day. Many clients head to work or stay inside while we work. We'll message you when we're done.

Yes — we do require access to an outdoor tap and a standard power point at your location. Please make sure these are available when booking so we can deliver the best result for your car.

It depends on the package. The Vroom Refresh takes approximately 1–1.5 hours. The Cabin Revival takes 2–2.5 hours. The Signature Detail takes 3.5–4 hours.

Absolutely. Many of our clients are apartment residents. Most basement car parks work perfectly fine. We also offer an Apartment Pick & Drop add-on (+$30) where we collect your car, detail it, and return it to you — ideal if your building doesn't allow outside work.

Light rain doesn't always stop us — interior-only services can proceed regardless of weather. For exterior washes and paint work, we'll contact you the day before to discuss options: reschedule, move to a covered area, or adjust the service. We'll always find the best solution for you.

Yes. VroomCare holds full public liability insurance for all mobile car detailing work across Melbourne. Your vehicle and property are covered every time we work.

We use professional-grade, pH-neutral chemicals throughout — not supermarket or servo products. Our products are safe for all paint types, interior materials, and leather. Once dry, all treated surfaces are completely safe for children and pets.

Yes. We offer a Pet Hair Removal add-on (+$39) for thorough extraction from all upholstery, carpet and boot. Combined with our cabin deodorise treatment, it effectively eliminates pet odour too. Add it to any package when booking.
